The Living Word Tabernacle Shake Yourself Loose Conference. Dear Merchant, It is once again time for our 3rd Annual "Shake Yourself Loose" Women's Conference! Last year was a huge success and we were delighted with the response. We had approximately 150 women join us for a wonderful weekend of Word, Worship, Fellowship, and Shopping! The Conference will begin Friday evening August 8th and continue on Saturday morning August 9th. We will open the doors at approximately 6:00 pm on Friday evening for shopping, hor'dorves and registration. The service will then begin at 7:00pm. We will have a complimentary breakfast on Saturday morning at 9:30 am at which time ladies can shop again as well as after our morning session has ended (approximately noon). Ladies will then go to lunch on their own and be able to shop again before the afternoon session begins at 1:30 pm. There is no fee to set up a display table. We simply ask that you provide someone to "work" your table and decorate your table with a nice table cloth so that it looks professional and "pretty". (You will need to provide your own table). We do ask that your display is set up completely by 5:30 pm on August 8th and we would prefer that the merchants stay for the entire conference. We will be giving away door prized the afternoon session and you would be welcome and encouraged to donate a door prize to further advertise your business. Our ushers will also provide security for your display table so you will be able to join us while our services are in progress.
